Karen Ehni

About The Designer

Karen was born and raised in Portland, Oregon, and at the age of 8 announced to her family  " I want to grow carrots." That was just the beginning of a life time of gardening experience!  She is a graduate of the University of Oregon, and from Portland Community College’s Landscape Technology program.

In January, 2002, she began Karen Ehni Landscape Design and has been passionately designing ever since. "I strongly believe that one of my responsibilities as a landscape professional is to educate my clients to garden “green”. " Did you know that environmentally conscious landscaping can be an easier way to garden? 

"I am enthusiastic about creating designs that are functional, beautiful, and interesting throughout each season. I am committed to helping you create a space that is uniquely yours, fits with your environment, enhances the architecture of your home, and will draw you into your yard."
