Services & Fees

 Fees vary from $800 to $3000 plus depending on service provided

 Services include:

Complete landscape design which includes a planting plan  that will add color, texture and interest in your garden through out the year, and placement of hardscapes (patios, decks, trellis, arbors, walkways, walls, etc.), A water feature if it is desired, and perhaps some art or sculpture.

Also included, plant list, and materials list

Additional services include:

Conceptual design of hardscape area such as fences, decks, arbors, trellis.

Layout a pattern for patios and walk ways.

Resource materials such as plants, containers, outdoor furniture, sculpture, lighting, hardscape materials such as stone, pavers, fencing or decking.

Contractor referral of businesses known to us.

Reviewing of contractor bids with you and helping to ensure you receive the best product.

Project faciltator, we can be with you from start to finish ensuring that your vision and dreams are realised.  This involves coordination the services of different contractors, being on the job site, keeping the project on schedule and on  budget.

 Other services include:

layout of garden beds, path ways, patios and decks, and placing only the "bones" (major trees and shrubs) of the garden.
